We are invited by the AdvenTour Magazine to experience Pampanga for 2days. It is not difficult to go to Clark since it was almost 2 hourse away from Manila, not to mention the traffic. Our first stop is in YU FU IN Authentic Japanese Restaurant in Clark, Pampanga.
YU-FU-In restaurant managed by this 26-year old young and pretty half Japanese half Filipina entrepreneur, Mitch Otsuro. Ms. Mitch is the current president of HARP (Hotel and Restaurant Association of Pampanga). She gave us a very warm welcome and a quick tour around her restaurant.
The name of the restaurant, Yufuin came from the Mr. Otsuru’s hometown in Oita, Japan. Yufuin’s specialty is yakiniku meaning “meat grilling” where the customers get to cook their own food at their tables. YU-FU-IN is the perfect place for family occasions, business meetings and simple after-work get-togethers. Source
I am not really a fan of Japanese foods but since that time I tasted their foods and especially the California Maki, up to now I’m still craving for it. Nothing beats their Japanese cuisine!
