November 22, 2013- Sophos today inaugurated a new Shared Services Center (SSC) located in Manila, Philippines, to provide dedicated, round-the-clock level 1 support services to customers across Asia Pacific (APAC) and globally. The Manila SSC is part of Sophos’s Technical Support organization and complements existing support centers located Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Italy, Spain, the UK and US.
The Manila SSC is currently staffed with over 70 support engineers and customer care specialists, of which 15 dedicated to the APAC region. It is an integral part of the Sophos worldwide support organization, providing support services 24/7/365 to customers and partners around the globe.
