The pioneering PLDT-Smart converged store in Quezon City has found its home in Vertis North, considered as a business and lifestyle hub, and will feature both company’s latest digital installations primed to enhance the in-store service experience.
According to Al Panlilo, PLDT’s Chief Revenue Officer, Quezon City is a key market and it makes sense to better serve their customers there through industry-leading digital solutions and support services.
“We’ve received great feedback from our first PLDT-Smart store in BGC, and we would like to replicate that experience for our customers in the metro north area,” shared Panlilo.
One of the highlights in the digital hub is the self-service InfoTouch Booth that enables the viewing and printing of billing summaries by the customers themselves while bill payments and SIM card change requests are facilitated through the Smart Super Kiosk.
Additionally, customers can also check their data usage, download and upload times to help them decide on which broadband plan suits them the most through the Broadband Visualizer. Even for companions of guests, an Interactive Table is set up for them where they could browse the web, play games, watch video or listen to music while waiting in-store.
“With the opening of the newest PLDT-Smart Store in a strategically located and upscale mixed-use development in the north, we are expanding our footprint and strengthening our brand presence in this area,” explained Alex Caeg, PLDT-Smart SVP and Consumer Business Customer Development Head. He also noted that by bringing their services closer to more people, their target customers can have access to the best of what PLDT-Smart has to offer.
The PLDT-Smart converged store is located at the 4th floor of Vertis North. PLDT’s stores is found at SM City North EDSA, Diliman, Fairview, and Balara while Smart also has stores in Eastwood Mall, Robinson’s Magnolia and Araneta Gateway among others.
