Ms. Mitch is the current president of  HARP (Hotel and Restaurant Association of Pampanga).  She gave us a very warm welcome and a quick tour around her restaurant. mitchotsura

The name of the restaurant, Yufuin came from the Mr. Otsuru’s hometown in Oita, Japan. Yufuin’s specialty is yakiniku meaning “meat grilling” where the customers get to cook their own food at their tables. I am not really a fan of Japanese foods but since that time I tasted their foods and especially the California Maki, up to now I’m still craving for it. Nothing beats their Japanese cuisine!
