This celebration has been an annual occasion for the last 22 years. The Soiree Beaujolais has been a way of building a strong bond between Filipinos and French, and when they do this, they do it in a French way. France and Philippines have this partnership in wine and food business, almost everyone is aware of this. Aside from that, this is also a way of celebrating French culture, and that is one good way of building a stronger nation for them.
On November 21, 2013, the Soiree Beaujolais will be celebrated at Manila Hotel Tent City. There will be various people who are invited to the event. Some of the guests are from the diplomatic, corporate and the social media world. It is not just an ordinary celebration but it will also serve as a reunion for the French nationals in the Philippines.
The event’s arrangement was a Parisian inspired. With various sponsored booths, to make it look like it, from the salon, boutiques, and other shops along Paris.
This is also a presentation of what it’s like to live in Paris–a day in Paris. This concept wil be witnessed in the event. That is why everyone will be given the chance to know what it is like to live in Paris. The cooing of Doves, early morning scenes, musicians on the street, afternoon tea before the traditional uncorking of the wine by His Excellency Ambassador Gilles Garachon, FCC- Le Club President Cyril Rocke in the presence of all the directors of the French chamber of commerce in the Philippines.
France is famous in cheese and wine. Different kinds of food will be prepared during the event, hors d’ oeuvres, the charcuterie, the oysters, the salads, the hot French cuisine, the desserts and the pastries which makes the hotel famous.
